Our forte is vinyl windows and doors – we manufacture vinyl doors and windows from the highest quality materials, using virgin vinyl protruded multi-chambered frames and sashes, Low Emissivity glass and the CS Ultra Spacer (more on that later!). There are many different windows for many different situations, whether it is the Hopper vinyl window, the 2 section-slider window, the 3-section slider window, the Escape window the vinyl casement window, the awning window, the vinyl patio door, the vinyl Tilt & Turn series – there are so many operating windows.
There are times, however, when a picture window is required – a ‘Fixed’ window. We manufacture two four types of Fixed Window – one for our Double Hung and Slider series, one for our Casement / Awning series, one for out Tilt & Turn series and one for Patio Door Series (also known as sidelites and transoms).
Because they go with doors, all transoms and sidelite windows come with Rhino Glass, the safety glass that is not only much, much tougher than regular glass but if it does somehow get broken it goes into relatively harmless ‘crumbs’ rather than large sharp shards. .Our transoms and sidlites feature the CS Ultra Spacer which binds the 1’ thick glass unit together. It is a warm-edge foam spacing system that contributes enormously to the energy efficiency of the vinyl windows and doors that Climate Solutions manufactures in Chicago.
The Full Spectrum Color Lab™ provides opportunity for further customization with an infinite array of exterior colors available, while we have Paintable Stainable real wood finish or woodgrain laminates available for the interiors of our custom vinyl windows and doors. The vinyl patio door transom and sidelite windows are unique for being the only windows that doesn’t incorporate our U-Direct Hardware System for the very simple reason it doesn’t have any hardware!
